Waking up in the house

Assistants help the most disabled people to wash and dress; they also take care of breakfast and make sure that everybody is on time for work.

Going to work

While the handicapped members go to work (there are several workshops in Les Sapins: gardening, vineyards work, greenhouse work, subcontracting work along with an occupational workshop where the most disabled can cook, draw, make candles etc.) assistants help with the household chores (cleaning, cooking, shopping etc) They work as a team to organize the daily life in the home and they take part in the elaboration of various educational projects.
